Achilles Last Stand
Stairway To Heaven
Whole Lotta Love
Black Dog

This is not the Stanko source; it is the more complete and IMO much better sounding TDOLZ 'Over The Garden” boot. The sound starts off kinda shaky, but clears up immensely by “OTHAFA”. Easily one of the better sounding NY ‘77 recordings. There are a couple of cuts in “Heartbreaker” and the “Over The Top” drum solo, but feel free to do the Pepsi challenge between the two sources. -Original

Kashmir [fades near end]
Over The Top
Bow Guitar Solo
Achilles Last Stand
Stairway To Heaven
Heartbreaker [fades during guitar solo]

This is the definitive version of this show, IMO. The main source runs from “TSRTS” to “WS”- easily one of the best non-Millard 1977 audience sources. A very fine example of how a good audience tape can be superior to a soundboard. The second source, used for the common boots of this show, kicks in at “WS”. “Kashmir” fades near the end of the song. There are a couple of cuts during the “Over The Top“ drum solo.
“Heartbreaker” fades out during Page’s solo. The other two sources were used presumably to patch the small cut in “No Quarter” (killer version of this song, BTW) and  for all of “Achilles Last Stand”. -Original

Previously released several years ago by Electric Magic as "Mystical Majesties Request" (with excellent packaging taking off the Rolling Stones album), this latest release from Empress Valley is a considerable improvement in sound quality. The Electric Magic release, very good sounding as it is, sounds tinny in comparison to this new release. Empress Valley have given this version a much fuller and richer sound, with a marked improvement in the bottom end. Sadly because of the limited issue and high price it will be beyond the reach of many, but no doubt will soon be traded amongst fans. The packaging is excellent too. Each CD has a reproduction of a reel to reel tape on it, and is housed in a glossy card slipcover. The colour of this and the outer box is midnight blue, lined in gold. The three CDs are housed in a thick card glossy box, at the bottom of which is a lapel badge, a picture of Robert Plant in bell bottoms and the words: Leicester 1971. The photos used are all from this concert, which is a very nice detail, and on the back of the outer box is a reproduction of the concert revue from the local paper with the headline: LED ZEPPELIN - BEST FOR HARD 'N' HEAVY. -Original

Prime minister of Spain sucker punched square in the face

Ohhh mannnn! HaHaHaHaHa!! AGAIN! AGAIN!!

King Tut all fixed up

I love me some King Tut ...yup!

The golden mask of Tutankhamun is back on public display after a much-needed makeover.
The 3,300 year-old mask has returned to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo after being painstakingly restored following a botched attempt to glue its beard back on.
The beard was hastily stuck back on to the mask after it was accidentally knocked during work at the museum in August 2014. At the time, the blue and gold braided beard was glued back on with the wrong adhesive, damaging the priceless relic and prompting uproar among archaeologists.

Peter Grant wandered out into the crowds milling around the stage, working his way around the permimeter on the lookout for pirate recording activity. Not surprisingly, there were blatant attempts to record the concert being made by organised professionals armed with stereo tape recorders and microphones on boom stands. Several digruntled 'engineers' set up in front of the stage soon found their tapes being unceremoniously confiscated. Peter ripped one tape spool from a machine and began tearing it up. (C.
